Loving the World
We love the people of the world. We want to love the world like God did.
John 3:16 (ESV) 16 “For God so loved the world, [9] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
God loved by laying his life down for sinners. He died a criminals death but committed no crime. He defeated sin, Satan and death that whoever calls on the name of the Lord can be rescued from their sin, forgiven, remade and brought into right relationship with God- the one who is their king and should be their true Father.
We have so been transformed by the death and resurrection of Jesus that we want to lay down our lives in love for world too. We do this to show off the beauty of Jesus to a world groping for significance and satisfaction in all the wrong places. We want to love them to Jesus by planting churches nationally, internationally, caring for the orphan and widow, going often, and giving generously. As you look at the menu on the left and the information below, hopefully you will get an understanding on how we are seeking to love the world.
Local Outreach to the World
International Family Ministry
This is a ministry to international families who are affiliated with NCSU. We currently offer ESL classes once a week at ES King Village.
