[+] INCREASE  is the name of how and why we grow people to be and to make followers of Jesus.

Jesus states that our purpose on planet earth is “Going, therefore, Make Disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I [Jesus] have commanded you [follower of Christ], and behold I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20)

If BEING and MAKING Followers of Jesus is our purpose then we want to INCREASE in this task.

The word increase was chosen for several reasons:

Because we want to…

1. Increase in our love for Jesus (Matthew 22:37)
2. Increase in our love for one another (1 Thessalonians 3:12)
3. Increase in our dependence upon Christ to make us grow and others grow through you. (1 Corinthians 3:6-7)
4. Increase in the number of faithful disciple-making followers of Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20)

So we seek to increase in our likeness to Jesus by being a people who:

1. Know how to study the Bible
2. Listen to the Spirit and Pray
3. Live in Community
4. Live on Mission
5. Apply the Gospel to Everyday Life
