This Sunday: Easter! 1 Corinthians 15:1-22

Preparing for Sunday 150x150 This Sunday: Easter! 1 Corinthians 15:1 22Last week our Sunday Morning service was canceled due to the tornado that came through downtown Raleigh on Saturday, damaging (or destroying) many homes and businesses in it’s direct path and causing most in the city to lose power in their homes. Many from our church met downtown on Sunday afternoon to serve our neighbors in any way that we could. It was incredible to see the church actively serving and meeting needs. We pray that God will use our church to see many in the city of Raleigh saved by his grace; finding their full joy and satisfaction in our risen Savior!

Here is a preview from Pastor Sean about where we are heading this week:

“This Sunday is about news that gives life. News that says sin and death, pain and tragedy don’t get the last word. Jesus is alive. Death could not defeat him. The grave couldn’t hold him and the debt for sin has been paid in full. Everything hangs on a crucified yet risen Savior. Come join us this Sunday where we will investigate from 1 Corinthians 15:1-22 the validity and power of the most important message known to man- the gospel message that Jesus Christ died for sinners and rose from the dead so that all who trust in him will rise from the dead to be with him forever.” -Pastor Sean

We will also praise the Lord through song and testimony. Here are some of the songs we will sing this week. Listen or download them to prepare your heart to sing his praise!
