This week we are continuing our study of 1 Corinthians. Our sermon text for this week is 1 Corinthians 7:1-9. The sermon will focus on the idea that
“Sex is gift from God for the context of marriage. It is meant to be an act of worship to God where spouses serve one another. It is never meant to be ultimate- an idol where people demand services to fulfill a lustful craving that has replaced God as supreme in their hearts. Come this week to read through, pray through and think through 1 Cor 7:1-9 where we discover what God has to say about sex and it’s beautiful design for intimacy in marriage. May God purify his church by creating God-honoring passionate marriages.” – Pastor Sean
